SLEEP - Subscriptions
SLEEP, the official publication of the Associated Professional
Sleep Societies, LLC, provides the latest original findings in the areas pertaining
to sleep and sleep research. SLEEP is a monthly publication with one additional
supplement issue. Subscriptions are on a calendar year basis (January-December).
Subscribers should expect to receive the first issue within 60 days of receipt of
payment. Claims for back issues cannot be processed.

Subscription agencies providing over 50 subscriptions to SLEEP should contact
the APSS national office for pricing.
Individual Online + Print Subscriptions
Individual online plus print subscriptions are only available to individuals residing
in the 50 United States (US). Nonmember individuals residing outside the US (including
US territories) may purchase an online-only subscription.
Subscribers receive a print subscription plus online access which includes the ability
to view all new and archived issues. Subscribers receive online access to SLEEP
through a username and password. Subscribers should expect to receive the first
print issue within 60 days of receipt of payment.
Subscription/renewal forms received after November 30, 2010 will
not receive all issues for the volume year. The mailing list for each issue is compiled
at least one month prior to the issue date. Claims for back issues, missing
issues and damaged copies will not be processed.

Institutional Subscriptions
All institutions may subscribe for online access allowing them to view new and archived
issues. Academic institutions and medical facilities receive online access via IP
ranges at their primary location. All other institutions (including pharmaceutical
and manufacturing companies) receive IP access at up to five work stations (IP access
for additional work stations may be added for a fee; contact the APSS for pricing)
and through a username and password. To add an IP range or work station to your
subscription, submit the IP access request along
with this subscription
form.
Institutions located with the 50 United States have the option to add on a print
subscription. Subscribers outside the US (including US territories) can only subscribe
to the online version of SLEEP. Subscribers in the US who add a print subscription
